Nearly all of our venues can be configured to our clients’ needs - theatre-style, boardroom, U-shaped, cabaret-style or reception. Start your event in our interconnecting reception area, which facilitates pre-event networking with its informal ambiance and comfortable sofa seating. On the second-floor, you’ll find our bespoke boardroom, offering a bright and airy environment for smaller meetings or executive gatherings. Enjoy our extensive range of restaurants. Host your next event at our recently updated London meeting space, and treat your guests to up-to-date conference technology, flexible layouts, and spacious accommodation for up to 200 guests.

  • Essex, 64 square metres with a height of 3.6 meters for up to 60 delegates
  • Drake, 57 square metres for up to 40 delegates
  • Grenville, 79 square meters for up to 60 delegates
  • Nelson, a more intimate venue with space for 25 guests, an area of 40 square meters and a height of 2.4 meters
  • Raleigh, offering 50 square metres of space and a height of 2.4 meters for 40 delegates
  • Boardroom, offering 47 square meters and overlooking the Strand. Ideal for executive sessions or smaller meetings
  • Exeter Suite, our largest venue offering a fully adjustable layout and capacity for up to 180 people with an area of 175 square meters

Westminster Suite

The Westminster Suite is our most recent addition to our Conference and Events facilities:

Located on the ground floor of the hotel and featuring contemporary decor, the Westminster Suite is available for private dining for up to 40 guests and is ideal for entertaining corporate clients. Alternatively, the room can be used for further meeting space or as a breakout room.

All capacities mentioned are theatre-style and height, unless otherwise stated is 3 meters.
