Step 1

Find a lower published rate on a different website and we will match it. The same room type must be available on www.strandpalacehotel.co.uk over the same period. This guarantee is only available to bookings made, at least, one day prior to the arrival date. The price guarantee is invalid should you make and/or pay for a booking on a different website.

Step 2

Complete the claim form below which will be submitted to our revenue team.

Step 3

A Customer Service Representative will evaluate your claim to ensure it meets our Terms & Conditions.

Step 4

Within 48 hours a Customer Service Representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation or, if you have yet to make a reservation, we will contact you to make a reservation directly with us.
