Competition period: Entrants need to make an accommodation booking and stay between July 13th 2010 until midnight on October 7th, 2010 (GMT). Competition entries have to be made online ONLY via Strand Palace Hotel website (www.strandpalacehotel.co.uk), completing our online form which will be available until the competition deadline, October 8th 2010. One form submission per person, per day, per household. The winner will be randomly selected on October 11th 2010 from the website completed competition forms. The winner will be notified by email, telephone or text message. The competition is open to all nationalities living anywhere in the world. Entrants must be over the age of 18. Employees of the Strand Palace Hotel and its suppliers are ineligible.

Prize: £10,000 worth of travel vouchers from our nominated supplier TravelBag. In effect, the winner can pick and choose any destination, any airline and for any duration, to the value of £10,000. There will be one winner, with travel booking available from October 11th, 2010 to April 30th 2011. Travel dates are subject to availability. All necessary insurance, travel visa, valid passport to travel, transportation to airport and ground transfers are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. Entrants accept that if they win, the Strand Palace Hotel will have the right, without additional permission or payment, to use their name, photo for the purpose of announcing the winner of the competition and for related promotional purposes.

Cancellation policy: Once booked, travel dates cannot be amended, postponed or redeemed by another party. Prizes are non-transferable for cash and cannot be refunded. Once the announcement has been made, the winner must contact us before midnight October 15th, 2010. If the prize is not claimed by that date, it will be automatically cancelled or transferred to another person.
