Terms and Conditions

Prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in Pound Sterling, and are subject to availability at time of reservation. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Offers are not applicable to groups, nor used in combination with other special offers or promotions. Rates are inclusive of VAT. All rates are in pounds Sterling. The rate offered for this reservation is the best available at the time of booking. No deposit is charged at the time of booking, reservations must be paid for directly at the hotel.

Meal Plans
Rates showing RO are booked on a Room Only basis. Rates showing BB are booked on a Full English Breakfast basis. Rates showing DBB are booked on a Full English Breakfast & Dinner basis (Dinner must be taken in the outlet defined in the offer, number of courses are defined in the offer and drinks are excluded from the costs)

Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid the first nights stay being charged to the guaranteeing card, all cancellations must be received by 2pm GMT on the day of arrival. Please call Reservations on 0207 379 4737 or 0207 836 8080 to cancel your reservation, a cancellation reference will be given for cancellations with out penalty charges. If you have reserved your room with a travel agent you are subject to there cancellation terms which we must be notified of at the time of booking. This Cancellation policy also applies to in house guests who are asked to advise reception no later that 12pm on the intended day of departure in order to avoid cancellation charges. Guests must ensure they check out at reception to avoid late cancellation charges. Booking made through our Groups Booking Portal on this site are subject to contracted terms and conditions outlined on the home page, which superseded the above.

Arrival and Departure Information
Check-in time is 2pm onwards. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us to arrange this in advance. In order to guarantee an earlier arrival time, we advise pre-booking the night prior to arrival. Please ensure you advise us of your early arrival in order that we pre-register your room in advance. Check-out time is 12pm, Late check-outs are available until 4pm and are charged at 50% of the room rate booked. Check-outs after 4pm are charged at full rate. The Strand Palace Hotel will store luggage for guests arriving before check-in. A per bag fee of £2.00 is applicable on departure.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome, those under 12 years stay free of charge on a room only basis when using existing bedding, extra beds are not available. All children under 2 years stay free of charge, please request a baby cot directly with reservations. The maximum capacity of baby cots per room is 1.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.
