Winter Warmer

Based on two people sharing a double or twin room or one person in a single room, subject to availability. Rates are valid from 18th December 2011 until 31st March 2012 inclusive. Room rate includes VAT, a free Travelcard. A Travelcard will be issued per person per day and based on the number of nights booked. For example, a one night booking for 2 people in a double room will receive two one-day Travelcards, or one person in a single room for 1 night will receive a 1 day Travelcard. Offer applies to off-peak one-day Travelcards only, available for zones 1 and 2 and can be used from 09:30 Monday to Friday or all day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays on the day of validity and for any journey that starts before 04:30 on the following day. This offer is only valid for paying adults over 18 years. All Travelcards are issued and collected at the hotel only. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless stated otherwise.

Day Delegate Special

Rates from £40.00 (inc VAT) per delegate - subject to availability. Minimum 8 delegates required, Rate includes room hire, unlimited refreshments throughout the day, restaurant buffet lunch, LCD projector, screen and flip chart, conference stationery and water. Offer available up to 31 March 2012 and applicable to new bookings only.

The Sunday Supplement

The offer applies to all those in the room. For example, if there are 2 adults and 1 child in the room, then all three of you are entitled to a free roast dinner.
Drinks and beverages are not included in the offer. Any additional courses are not included and must be paid for separately. The offer cannot be carried over to another day and must be taken on the respective Sunday of your stay.
Only bookings stating ‘Sunday Supplement’ in the special request section of the booking page will be eligible for this promotion.

Terms and Conditions

All of our rates are the best available at the time of booking and are quoted in pounds Sterling, inclusive of VAT. Any amendments or additional bookings may be charged at a different rate. All reservations must be paid directly to the hotel at the time of check in. Check in time is after 2:00pm and check out is before 12:00pm. Should you wish to extend your departure time, please contact our reception on arrival. Late checkout is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Cancellation Policy
Please call Reservations on +44 207379 4737 or +44 207836 8080 to cancel your reservation. A cancellation reference will be provided, please retain this for your records. Should you cancel or amend your arrival date after 6:00pm GMT on the day prior to arrival, you will incur a full cancellation charge for the first night of your stay. This will be automatically charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the booking. Should you need to amend your day of departure, please contact Reception one day prior to avoid a one night charge. Bookings made through our Group Booking Portal on this site are subject to the contracted terms and conditions outlined on the home page, which substitute the above.

Prepayment
Any bookings made for 7 days or over will be charged in full at the time of booking.

On Check-In
All reservations must be paid directly to the hotel at the time of check-in. In the event of an early departure to your original booking, no refund will be made to this payment.

Olympics 2012
Any reservations over the Olympic dates (27th July - 12th August 2012 inclusive) will be charged in full at the time of booking - this deposit is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Prepayment is charged to the credit /debit card supplied at the time of booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit/prepayment. This includes any bookings made before and after these dates, that cover the Olympic period.

Bedding and Capacity
Single rooms contain 1 single size bed - Maximum capacity: 1 person

Queen rooms contain 1 queen single size bed - Maximum capacity: 1 person
Twin rooms contain 2 single size beds - Maximum capacity: 2 people
Double rooms contain 1 double size bed - Maximum capacity: 2 people
King & Executive King rooms contain 1 king size bed - Maximum capacity: 2 people

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. Those under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding; extra beds are not available. Please make a note in the 'Special Requests' section of the booking page should you require a baby cot. The maximum capacity of baby cots per room is 1.

Miscellaneous
Pets are not allowed except guide dogs.
Hyperlinks are provided on this site to third party web sites for your convenience. Strand Palace Hotel accepts no liability for web sites accessed via those hyperlinks or any transactions completed on those sites.
The Strand Palace Hotel will store luggage for guests arriving before check-in free of charge. A fee of £2.00 per item is applicable on departure.
