The Carvery & Grill at Strand Palace Hotel isn’t a new restaurant – but it is a new experience. Chic and contemporary, it offers a traditional classic carvery and a modern British menu which features seasonal produce from the most respected, award-winning local artisans and farms within a 30-mile radius of the hotel.

With a serious attitude to provenance and a focus on impeccably sourced, top-quality produce that includes tender and tasty rib-eye and sirloins cut from 21-day-aged premium ‘Southern Gold’ beef and a wide selection of delicious starters, grills, burgers and grilled skewers of tender, moist chicken, prawns and salmon, there is something to suit everyone’s tastes. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, our staff are always on hand to happily explain how the dishes are best served and accompanied.

Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the laid-back atmosphere puts you instantly at ease, while the fresh seasonal ingredients and exquisite attention to detail will leave you wanting for nothing.
