What is your cancellation policy for booking?

Cancellation charges for our Meeting and Events space in London are based on the notice
period provided:

12 to 9 months’ notice: 15% of full charge
9 to 6 months’ notice: 30% of full charge
6 to 3 months’ notice: 60% of full charge
3 to 2 months’ notice: 85% of full charge
Less than 2 months’ notice: 100% of full charge

What AV equipment is included in each room?

Each room includes a screen and projector, or a screen with screen sharing facilities.
Additional AV equipment can be arranged for an extra fee.

Is on-site parking available for event guests?

No, there is no on-site parking. The nearest parking is NCP London Bloomsbury
Square.

Do you support virtual or hybrid meetings?

Yes, select rooms support virtual or hybrid meetings. Please contact our meeting and
